On September 16, the City Council authorized the Economic and Workforce Development
Department (EWDD) to release the LA BusinessSource Centers Request for Proposal
(RFP). In addition to general City eligibility requirements, interested BusinessSource Center
applicants must have at least two years of direct or related experience providing training,
instruction, technical assistance, consulting and access to capital to microenterprises and
small businesses. More information on the scope of services can be found in Section II.C. of
the RFP. The RFP is posted online at the following locations:
